Pilates: Getting Started
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be performed with or without equipment. Using breath and movement Pilates enhances strength, coordination and balance while offering techniques to support your posture and mobility.
To learn the fundamentals of Pilates join my beginner group class or take a series of private sessions tailored for your body. The fundamentals can help you avoid strain or injury in group classes and everyday movement.
All Sessions are 55 minutes hosted on Zoom.
Introductory Private Sessions: $150 for 3 sessions
Beginner Group Classes: $100 for 8 classes
Pilates: Private One-on-one Training
Private sessions are tailored to your specific needs. This is an excellent option for people who arent ready for group classes, those who may have special considerations, or for experienced students who want to continue to develop their technique. Appointment times are chosen to fit your schedule.

5 Pack of Private Sessions: $240 for 5 sessions
Pilates: Group Classes
Group classes are available for people who have experience with Pilates and are familiar with the fundamentals. Classes focus on Fletcher Pilates repertoire with small apparatus when available.
Single Class: $20 per class
1 x Group Class per Week: $60 per month
2 x Group Classes per Week: $100 per month
