I highly recommend taking Pilates with Natalie Spence. She is a fantastic instructor who works from a wealth of experience in movement and has a gentle leadership style. Thanks to her patience and guidance I have been able to work through and manage a herniated disc in my lower spine. I have developed better posture and muscle control.
